Weekend!

Finally weekend, although actually not for me, because I have plenty of free time. I’m not counting those long hours when I’m writing my master thesis… for now this is the main thing for me to do. If I write this to the beginning of June I will graduate at the end of June . Wow… I didn’t expect that this moment comes so soon! If I don’t write it in a month I will have to wait with celebrating until September. Partying, partying !!

This weekend is particularly long in Poland, because on the 3rd of May we are celebrating day of our first constitution (it was passed in 1791 and it was the first constitution in Europe!). Anyway.. 3rd is on Tuesday so what to do with Monday… Of course it will be also free day!! We, Poles, are experts in prolonging weekends!

Spring came to Poland! Woohoo!! On Tuesday I’m gonna go to forest with my friends – Mirela, Rafał, Ania and maybe someone else. We will have a picnic, with food and drinks. I hope everything will be fine and I will put some pictures here. So… everybody – have a nice time!

Chernobyl anniversary

Today is 19th anniversary of Chernobyl accident (in Ukraine). I was 5 years old and as far as I remember the authorities told people about this few days later… Poland then was a communist country and on 1st May everybody was obliged to celebrate Labour Day on the streets (the parade ). And everybody went… Just on this day every child has got some kind of medicine (Lugol’s liquid) which supposed to prevent diseases! But did it matter 5 days after explosion?

… I’m writing my master thesis. I have already 55 pages!!Still… about 30 and it will be finished 🙂

Welcome!

I decided to create my own space 🙂 I don’t know yet what it’s going to be. I don’t think I will write something EVERYDAY but at least once a week there will be something new.
